The Tax and Regulate Cannabis 2010 campaign has garnered enough signatures to place the issue of legalizing marijuana on the November, 2010 ballot.

California could become the first state to decide whether maijuana should be taxed and regulated for those over 21. Marijuana has been legal in the state for medical use since 1996.
