Poll: Majority Favor Legalization in NY

Yet another poll has emerged showing a majority of Americans support legalizing medical marijuana.
The Siena Research Institute of New York state votes shows 50 percent are in favor of legalizing medical marijuana, with 9 percent saying they don’t have enough information. 41 percent are opposed. The poll has a margin of error of 3.4 points.
A USA Today survey earlier this month showed a growing number of Americans favor legalizing marijuana, although the numbers are still below a national majority.
