The New Jersey state General Assembly and State Senate have approved a measure that would legalize medical marijuana.

New Jersey would be the 14th state to okay medicinal use. Gov. Jon Corzine has indicated he will sign the bill into law before leaving office next week.

The state’s regulations would make it among the most restrictive in the nation.
